Introduction to Sailing

Not sure is sailing is for you? This 3 hour on the water course is designed to give each student a full hands on sailing experience. Students will take the helm, hoist the main, and trim the jib under the guidance of a certified ASA sailing instructor.

Class size – Maximum 5 students
Schedule – (1) 3-hour day
Price – $180 per person. Add a 2nd person for $90. Includes a 40 page “Sailing made easy” booklet

Getting to know your boat

These private lessons are designed specifically for the new sailboat owner who needs a little help getting acquainted with the new boat.
Price – $60/ hour plus $15/extra person/hr

New Jersey Safe Boating Certification

This course is designed to meet the mandatory NJ safe boating requirements. This NJ law requires all operators of sailboats, power boats, and wave runners to have in their possession a NJ safe boating certificate.

Schedule:  (2) 3-hour evenings or (1) 8-hour day
Price:  $60 per person or $50 as an add-on to any other course offering.
