Please read this waiver carefully:

By submitting this application form, I, the student listed above, am voluntarily participating in sailing activities with Barnegat Bay Sailing School. I understand that sailing is a sport which involves risk such as injury, loss or damage. I understand that I share the responsibility for safety and agree to practice safe boating. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Barnegat Bay Sailing School, Cedar Creek Marina, their agents, officers and employees from all claims of injury to person or property arising from my participation in sailing through Barnegat Bay Sailing School.

Payments:

Reservations will be confirmed and course materials will be mailed upon the receipt of a $150 deposit. Final payment by local check or cash is due the first day of class. Cancellations less than 21 days prior to course : No refunds allowed, but person may reschedule another course date within the same sailing season. There will be a rescheduling fee of $150 if we can not fill your vacated spot.
